Our Experience with Sweet Million Cherry Tomato

Sweet Million is a bright red cherry tomato that is average in size. It has an almost identical ripening trajectory as Sungold. But it looks and tastes completely different. We really like offering sungold and sweet million side by side because it shows how great tasting cherry tomatoes can taste so different and yet be great on their own terms.  Siletz is a good all-around tomato for slicing or canning.

We plant out Sweet Million along with all our tomato plants outside without plastic between mid April and first of May. Sweet Million starts ripening for us in early August. We plant with a scoop of balanced OMRI listed fertilizer along with some wood ash and then follow that up with water and SUN!

This tomato plant comes in a four inch pot hardened off to outside conditions and ready to be planted into a larger pot or in the ground.
